   Florida Exchange Intermediary, Inc., serves as a qualified intermediary for Section 1031 deferred exchanges.  Its offices are located in the Old First National Bank Building at the corner of First and Hendry Streets in Fort Myers, Florida.  FEI provides intermediary services to facilitate exchanges.  FEI does not participate in 1031 exchanges in the absence of a Florida tax attorney.  FEI will employ its own tax attorney to supervise the transaction or cooperate with your attorney.     

     FEI is pleased to provide without charge information about the advantages of tax deferred exchanges.  FEI will also provide summaries of standard exchange procedures and information regarding FEI's charges upon request.
